Thanksgiving!!

I'm very excited for Thanksgiving. Duh. In honor of the feast, I've been wearing my cool turkey pin that I've been wearing every year since about 1st grade. Plus I'm super excited to see my cool brother, awesome sister-in-law, and stellar nephew!


Last week I got really fed up with my hair (I'd been growing it out since May, if you didn't know). So I got it all chopped off on Saturday, and now I'm very happy. It now takes 25 seconds to do rather than 10 min. Obviously, I'm ultra lazy and the furthest thing from "high maintenance."

Sometimes I'm an idiot...

There is a formal dance this Saturday. Yay. I've hooked up my roommate and my sister with great, cool dates. My sister's is basically the hottest guy I know, which is only fitting. Here's the idiot part: I didn't get a date. And the hottest one is already gone by my own doing! Brilliant. So I decided to ask one of my girl friends to come with me because, "I won't let the absence of a man stop me from getting jiggy with it," as I explained to her. So don't call on Saturday night, because I'll be getting down with my bad self.

I've decided to switch my graduation date from May 2009 to December 2009. Now, hear me out, this change is greatly warranted. Next semester I had this schedule: 21 credit hours, president of two organizations, two callings, and a part time job. And I'd like to still want to be alive by the end of my education! Plus, I need time to date. So there.
